sound therapy

30 Minute Session $40.00

Sound therapy allows the body to relax and heal through sound vibrations. Quartz crystal singing bowls are used to guide meditation and to balance each chakra allowing the energy to flow throughout the body.

Reiki

30 Minute Session $40.00

During this session the Reiki Master will provide energy work with light touch in different areas of the body. The areas are based on the position of the different chakras. This process does not involve massage therapy.
