Reiki Level 1 

Foundations of Reiki, Self-Healing, and Energy Awareness
(5 hours)

Reiki Level 1 introduces students to the foundations of Reiki, energy awareness, and self-healing practices. This training focuses on understanding Reiki as a gentle energy practice, learning how to support your own well-being, and beginning to offer Reiki to others in a safe, grounded, and ethical way.

Students will explore the history and principles of Reiki, chakra energy basics, hand placements, grounding practices, and how to create a calm and supportive session environment. This level is ideal for anyone who wants to begin their Reiki journey for personal growth, spiritual connection, or supporting loved ones.

Reiki Level 2

Deepening Reiki Practice, Symbols, and Distance Healing
(8 hours)

Reiki Level 2 is designed for students who have completed Reiki Level 1 and are ready to deepen their practice. This training introduces Reiki symbols, distance Reiki, stronger energetic intention, and expanded techniques for supporting yourself and others.

Students will learn how to use Reiki symbols with care and respect, offer distance Reiki, strengthen intuitive awareness, and create more focused Reiki sessions. This level is ideal for students who want to continue their personal Reiki journey, offer Reiki more confidently to others, or begin developing a professional Reiki practice.
